To promote the building of “Social Capital”, HKQAA has developed a Project on “Bridging and Bonding - To Create Measurable Social Benefits”, funded by the Community Investment and Inclusion Fund (CIIF). It aims to promote the adoption of the Corporate Social Capital (CSC) concepts and norms by the Hong Kong corporations with a view to bringing about mutual benefits to both the corporations and the society, recognizing that this is an essential part of a corporation’s social responsibility.
In this seminar, we will present our recently published work – the Corporate Social Capital Implementation Guidance Document (GD), which is developed based on international norms and standards, incorporating the concept of social capital and case studies of local companies. The GD is a management tool for companies to improve their ESG performance by building CSC.
