To correspond with the completion of HKQAA Sustainability Rating and Research exercise in August 2016 HKQAA is pleased to offer a range of report products to all assessed companies to gain a better understanding of their sustainability performance. By subscribing to our package, you may obtain:
2016年香港品质保证局可持续发展评级与研究经已在2016年8月完成。香港品质保证局提供一系列的报告产品，让所有获评估的公司更深入地了解他们的可持续发展表现。可供订阅的报告产品包括：
1. An HKQAA Sustainability Performance Report. The report includes scores and detailed analysis of the sustainability performance with regard to each core subject and practice and management system demonstrated in your reported data. Over 50 good practices are shared in the report enabling you to better communicate information in your future responses and improve your sustainability performance.
1. 香港品质保证局可持续发展绩效报告：报告包括对每个核心指标和其实务的得分和详细分析，并分享超过50个良好做法，以了解公司的可持续发展表现，并持续改善。
2. An HKQAA Sustainability Rating Seal. The right to use the Rating Seal allows your company to demonstrate a third-party endorsement and verification of your sustainability performance on media advertisement, website, or within sustainability reports and other printed matters.
2. 香港品质保证局可持续发展评级标签：公司可在公共领域（包括：媒体广告、网站、可持续发展报告或其他印刷品）内使用香港品质保证局可持续发展评级标签。
3. A Management Presentation. A debriefing session (usually lasts 1-2 hours) will be arranged to present to management/ representatives of the company the scores and detailed analysis of the sustainability performance at subject and practice levels allowing interactive communications on the assessment results.
3. 高管简介会：香港品质保证局会安排向公司管理层或其他代表进行一节简介会（一般為1-2小时），详细分析公司在个别核心指标和其实务层面的可持续发展表现。
4. HKQAA Sustainability Data. Rating & Scores at overall and subject levels of the assessed stocks nominated by you will be provided for reference.

The subscription process 订阅过程
Step 1: Submission of Order Form 第1步：提交订购表格
A subscribing company should fill in the Order Form provided below with authorized signature and company chop.
公司应填妥下列的订购表格由授权人士签署及盖上公司印章。
Step 2: Confirmation of subscription 第2步：认购确认
Confirming the eligibility of the company, HKQAA will issue invoice for payment and communicate with the company’s representative regarding the details of the deliverables.
香港品质保证局会在确认公司的资格後，发出付款发票，并与公司代表就交付的细节沟通。
Step 3: Delivery of the report and rating seal 第3步：交付报告和评级标签
The Individual Performance Report, Rating Seal with related guidelines, and Sustainability Data will be uploaded to the company’s dedicated account on the platform within the agreed lead time. The company will be notified by email when the items are ready for downloading. The Management Presentation will be scheduled upon mutual agreement on the means, time, and venue.
香港品质保证局将会在约定的时间内将绩效报告、评级标签和相关的使用指南，以及可持续发展数据，上传到公司的专用帐户。届时，该公司将通过电子邮件方式收到文件可供下载的通知。高管简介会亦会按双方同意的方式、时间及地点进行。
